A mix of Central and Southern Okanagan fruit, this wine is fermented in 50% French and 50% American oak barrels and aged for 11 months on lees. Tropical and citrus aromas greet you on the nose and melt into flavours of papaya, vanilla lemon, and honey crisp fruit. This wine celebrates the Traditional People of the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys, the Syilk People. Today, the Indigenous World Winery hopes to merge modern culture with indigenous history to celebrate and protect the land they call home.

.This domaine has expanded considerably since the time Serge Dagueneau took on his handful of hectares. Today, there are 23 hectares of vines, of which 18 hectares are dedicated to Sauvignon Blanc in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation. Many of the vines are ancient, with some up to one hundred years old. Most of these vines are planted on Kimmeridgian marl, one of the classic terroirs of the Pouilly-Fumé and Pouilly-sur-Loire appellations. He is the nephew of the late Didier Dagueneau, a legend in the wine world. The L'Odyssee is their flagship wine, a stunning example of Pouilly-Fume.
"Fresh and round first impression with notes of citrus fruit and litchi. Good length and intensity on the palate with some aromas of undergrowth. Chardonnay takes us back to our Burgundian culture. This variety does extremely well in the clayey-chalky soil of St Lay. The grapes are hand harvested and pressed immediately. Founded in 1866, Bests' is a family-owned and operated winery with some of the oldest and rarest vines in the world. One of the great things about this Great Western Chard is the fact that the grapes come from some of the earliest plantings of Chardonnay in Australia. They are grown on a deep gravel hill with a west-facing slope and what this means is low yields and great intense flavors. After pressing, the wine spent 8 months in 30% new French oak barriques and achieved 30% malolactic fermentation with plenty of lees contact to encourage a rich, complex and textured wine. Aromas of flint and stone fruit are followed by rich and complex notes on the palate yet it remains elegant and subtle.

Constantia Uitsig is located in what can be described as the "Cradle of winemaking" in the Cape and has a long history, being part of the first wine-producing estate in South Africa, dating back to the mid-1600s. Its unique position means that its vines benefit from the cool sea breezes, providing natural acidity and brilliant ageing ability, as well as Cape Town’s Mediterranean climate, with its rainy winters and long, dry summers. This position has made for the perfect grape growing conditions, with vines rooted in 200-million-year-old, well-composed, well-drained granite with a high clay content, ensuring excellent water retention. The wine features a complex nose that leads with tangerine and melon aromas underlined by a fresh minerality. This is followed by yellow summer fruit flavours on the palate, finished with delicate hits of Granny Smith apples and Meyer lemon.
