Mii no Kotobuki is a sake brewery located in Mii County, Fukuoka Prefecture. Established in 1922, It resides along the Koishiwara River. This is the brewery's Junmai Daiginjo produced with the special Sake Mirai rice, which was developed by Takagi Shuzo. A crossbreed of Miyama-Nishiki and Yamada-Nishiki, “Sake Mirai” means “Sake’s future”. The rice was named this with the aspiration that it would sake to a whole new level.
