$53.99
Blue Mountain is the wild and respected territory of which the Mavety family are blessed to be the guardians. As a family business with a strong connection to the South Okanagan site, the goal of Blue Mountain Vineyard and Cellars is to realize the potential of the individual sites of the land in which the grapes are grown. Overlooking and tending, the Mavety’s life work is an ongoing process of creating something simple yet powerful, to be expressed in the glass and enjoyed. The philosophy of Blue Mountain is to focus on the potential of each variety, continually improving its range across Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay Noir, and Traditionnelle Méthode sparkling wine. Blue Mountain’s strong focus on viticulture across the site allows for an increased representation of individual terroir when the grapes reach the winery.
Torbreck The Steading GSM
$59.99
Provenance lies at the heart of this iconic Barossa winery. The Barossa, with its Mediterranean climate and 175 years of winemaking heritage, provides an extraordinary foundation for theirwines. Here, some of the world’s oldest vines—some planted in the 1840s, including Rhône varieties such as Shiraz, Grenache, and Mourvèdre—continue to thrive, producing fruit of remarkable character.
The Steading is very much the heart and soul of Torbreck, the wine that exemplifies their philosophy and beliefs - protecting and nurturing the old vine resources of the Barossa Valley is paramount to Torbreck and this wine. It is sourced from Grenache, Mataro and Shiraz vines that survived the worldwide phylloxera outbreak of the 1880s, and a century later, the vine-pull scheme in the Barossa in the 1980s.

"Trappist-Style Brett Ale - 6.9% ABV
Leather, Bitter Orange Peel, Stone Fruit.
A Belgian masterpiece, reborn! This iconic Trappist-style ale, one of our most-requested repeats, is a faithful invocation of the time-honored Monastic tradition. Its creation was a patient two-year journey—and a rare departure for us. We set aside our wild house culture, employing instead a defined blend of microorganisms. The result is a communion of cavernous malt complexity, balanced by an assertive, noble bitterness. Effortlessly drinkable, it glows with a heavenly, golden-orange hue, offering robust, rustic flavors of orchard apple, caramelized malt, and a signature, spiritual funk.
