A Belgian masterpiece, reborn! This iconic Trappist-style ale, one of our most-requested repeats, is a faithful invocation of the time-honored Monastic tradition. Its creation was a patient two-year journey—and a rare departure for us. We set aside our wild house culture, employing instead a defined blend of microorganisms. The result is a communion of cavernous malt complexity, balanced by an assertive, noble bitterness. Effortlessly drinkable, it glows with a heavenly, golden-orange hue, offering robust, rustic flavors of orchard apple, caramelized malt, and a signature, spiritual funk.
