Like the rest of the Casey Jones lineup, this is very well put together and drinks superbly even in relative youth. The Wheated Bourbon is made from a four-grain mash bill that includes 26.5% Bloody Butcher Corn, 26.5% Yellow Dent Corn, 35% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. It is aged for at least three years and bottled at 55%.
