Nelson's Green Briar Tennessee Whiskey
$48.99
From the Producer
"The Original Tennessee Whiskey is history in a glass. After two brothers from Nashville, Tennessee discovered their triple great grandfather was one of the most successful whiskey distillers in pre-prohibition America, they vowed to revive the defunct family business. Based on the exact family recipe first dreamed up by Charles Nelson in the late 1800s, this wheated Tennessee Whiskey is mellowed through a bed of sugar maple charcoal and bottled at 91 proof… an ode to Charles Nelson who died in 1891. Nelson’s Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey offers notes of brown sugar and vanilla and is best enjoyed any way you like it: neat, on the rocks or poured into your favorite cocktail."

Woodford Reserve Mc Madeira Cask
$209.99

Producer Description
"Woodford Reserve’s barrel finish philosophy aims to accentuate a attributes that already exist in our complex whiskies—never to add or change flavors. For the 2024 Master’s Collection release, Master Distiller Elizabeth McCall experimented with finishing our bourbon, rye, and wheat whiskies in Madeira barrels—creating uniquely fruit-forward whiskies.
Hailing from the Madeira Islands off the coast of Portugal, Madeira barrels are rich with dried fruit, spice, and nutty flavors from the fortified wine they once held. To further enhance the flavors of the Madeira-finished whiskies, we blended them with our fruit-forward Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey.
Together, this blend elevates the expansive fruit and floral notes found in our Wheat Whiskey to create this year’s Master Collection presentation: Woodford Reserve Madeira Cask Finish."

Producer Description
"“None for Granted” is my way of paying homage to the founding flavors that made modern American Whiskey.
Chapter 9 takes us back several decades, to an era when whiskey as we know it was just finding its feet. As possibilities were explored and foundations were laid, a certain profile began to emerge: one built on brown sweets, the comforting warmth of vanilla, creamy caramel and big oak.
“None for Granted” celebrates these founding flavors: the ones that are still the backbone of American Whiskey today.
After experimenting with several blends, we landed the profile. Five unique whiskeys blended into a viscous, golden liquid. Each pass of the nose and every sip brings out another layer: Ripe apple. Butterscotch. Baking spice. And plenty others you’ll discover for yourself.
I and countless others wouldn’t be making the whiskey we’re making without the flavors captured in Chapter 9 – the profile pioneered at the start of modern American Whiskey. It’s worth revisiting time and again, never to be taken for granted."
True Wild Roper's Hold 6 Year Bourbon
$91.99
Joining True Wild Distillery's Roper's Hold staple of Canadian Whiskies is a... Bourbon?!?
That's right. This 6 year old Bourbon Whiskey was originally distilled at the historic Barton Distillery, which resides just outside of Bardstown, Kentucky. It has been finished in new toasted oak casks and bottled at 50%. And I believe it is only available in Alberta.
True Wild Distillery & Restaurant is located in Calgary, Alberta. The Roper's Hold Whisky series consists of casks sourced from other Canadian (and now American) distilleries, which have been finished in different casks and then are released in small batches.

Angel's Envy Bourbon
$81.99
Angel's Envy Bourbon is finished in Port Casks before being bottled at 43.3%.
Producer Description
“Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon is finished in port wine casks for an award-winning spirit. We guide each batch’s conditioning, blending our handcrafted bourbon in small batches of 8 to 12 barrels at a time. It’s typically aged for up to 6 years. While we lose about 5% of the spirit each year to evaporation, or “the Angel’s Share,” what’s left behind after we’re done is truly worthy of envy.
Once it’s deemed ready, we finish our bourbon in ruby port wine casks, which adds subtly distinct flavor nuances that enhance the whiskey without challenging it. Our port finishing process lasts between three to six months, depending on taste. We use 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and imported directly from Portugal. This creates a whiskey of unprecedented smoothness, sweetness and balance.”
Elijah Craig Toasted Rye
$66.99
From the distillery;
"In this expression, we imbue our award-winning Straight Rye Whiskey with even more flavor. Once fully matured, we finish Toasted Rye in a second, custom-toasted new oak barrel; adding a balanced layer of sweet oak complexity.
THE RYE MASHBILL
While the finishing process for Toasted Rye
is similar to our Toasted Barrel Bourbon, the
difference lies in the mashbill. It’s 51% rye grain
instead of corn: the legal requirement for this
style of American Whiskey.
