This new anCnoc is available in only vanishingly small quantities, at least initially. We managed to snag 18 of the paltry 30 bottles which have initially trickled into Alberta. Bottled at 46% and matured in Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry. Some of the sherry casks may have been American oak, to complicate the picture only slightly.

Opened up to the Alberta market in early 2017, this is a great value bottling of Highland Park. The whisky has been matured in American oak and is bottled at 40%. We are looking forward to the opportunity to try it!

The Murray has long been one of our favorite pseudo-core range cask strength distillery bottlings. Its clean barley-forward profile stands in sharp contrast to many of its peers, whom we'll not mention here. A whisky of this calibre and execution is almost underpriced in today's climate.
Distilled in 2008, matured in First Fill American Oak, and bottled in 2021 at 56.1%. Natural colour and non chill-filtered.

A curious bottling of mature Laphroaig, bottled at a very low cask strength of 41.7%. This low strength is more easily understood when you consider the whisky was matured in both Ex-Bourbon Barrels and more crucially Quarter Casks, 125L barrels.
