Similar to the Jim Beam Double Oak - this Knob Creek was given a secondary maturation in heavily charred virgin oak barrels. Knob Creek itself is produced at the Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. Bottled at 50% ABV.

Bottled by Bull Run Distillery of Portland, Oregon, the Carlton Straight Rye was bottled to celebrate the one year anniversary of their tasting room in Carlton, Oregon called the Bull Run Distillery Carlton Post. The distillery source is not specified on the bottle itself, but it is quite possibly MGP of Indian, which is known for its wonderful Rye recipes.

Bottled at 46.5%, the FEW Straight Bourbon is made in Evanston, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. It was founded by Paul Hletko in 2011 after he spent around a decade prior working with (and around) Evanston's bylaws to get Few Spirits legally built. The mash bill for this Bourbon is purported to be 70% Corn, 20% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley and uses a Saison Beer yeast for fermentation.

The finish is long and exquisite, with delectable chocolate fudge, delicate orange peel and hints of exotic wine drenched nuts. Much of the intrinsic characteristics of the Paul John PX owes allegiance to the famed intensely sweet and dark Spanish dessert sherry, having been gloriously finished in handpicked Pedro Ximenez casks."
