Wild Life Classic Gin 50ml
$4.99
Wild Life Classic Gin embodies balance. Juniper and citrus notes pop on the nose. Fresh lemon and blood orange lead the way, with classic juniper and coriander close behind. The unmistakable texture of our grain base spirit shines through the middle palate. Finishing spices come through at the end in the back of the mouth completing the trio. Nose, body, finish: Check, check and check.
The overproof of 43.3% alc./vol. allows the flavours of this gin to stand up in a martini or shaken cocktail without getting lost from dilution.

Producer Description
"Enchantment is the seventh in a series of seven highly sought-after Rosebank bottlings, released annually by Elixir Distillers. It is a marriage of spirits distilled in both 1990 and 1991, matured in 75% American oak barrels and 25% Madeira hogsheads.
The casks used for the Roses series were among the last held by an independent company. Each bottling in the series represents a different character of Rosebank, bringing together casks with different styles to demonstrate this lost distillery’s wonderful diversity.
Rosebank was mothballed in 1993 and the equipment was stolen in 2009. The spirit produced at the distillery was triple distilled, creating a light, floral style loved by many. Rosebank has since become a cult favourite amongst whisky lovers and collectors."
Amrut Two Continents
$152.99
Good to see this one back. There's only ever been a handful of batches of this expression, so it's extra special to see the prodigal child return.
Amrut Two Continents starts its life in India and, after a period of initial maturation in those warm climes, the casks are shipped to an undisclosed European location for the last little bit of 'growing up'. An interesting concept (something that Scotch whisky could never do), and always well-executed. This is Batch No 4.
Natural colour, non-chill filtered, and bottled at 46% abv.

"Guided by revered Master Distiller, Billy Walker, our team is on a ‘Meikle Tòir‘ (meaning ‘big pursuit’). The goal: to carefully craft and cask-perfect a peerless peated single malt at our Speyside home, The GlenAllachie Distillery.
"Expertly matured in quality Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Sherry puncheons, the casks have imparted rich, fruity notes that mingle harmoniously with warming wisps of peat smoke. Made using mainland peat from St. Fergus, the sweet phenolic content of the whisky amounts to 35 PPM. A lengthy fermentation period of 160 hours results in a fruit-forward spirit"
