Glencadam Reserva Andalucia Sherry Cask
$87.99
Bottled at a respectable 46%, this bottling of Glencadam is finished in Oloroso Sherry Casks.
Producer Description
"Our multi-award winning, Glencadam Reserva Andalucía pays homage to the relationship between Glencadam Distillery and the famous sherry region of Andalucía, Spain.
Handcrafted using carefully selected sherry butts from Glencadam Distillery’s dunnage warehouses and marrying together with bourbon casks, this fine single malt is then finished in Oloroso Sherry butts from Andalucía.
The result is a rich and sherry-forward expression, where the famous fruitiness of the Glencadam spirit is balanced with sultana and sweet-spice notes, that come from the Oloroso Sherry cask maturation."

Loch Lomond Inchmoan 12 Year
$69.99
Inchwhatnow? The multitude of different whisky styles made at Loch Lomond Distillery can be hard to keep track of. Here is a quick cheat sheet to help with the distilleries current official bottlings (current as of July 2025 - hopefully they don't change everything a month from now):
- Inchmurrin - unpeated. Easy drinking and full of wonderful fruit salad notes.
- Loch Lomond - moderate peat. Approachable for most whisky lovers, showing off a balance between peat and fruit notes.
- Inchmoan - the heavier peat end of the spectrum.
Think of it like the story about the Three Bears, but in this case, Goldilocks breaks in and drinks all of their whisky.
Bottled at 46%.
Producer Description
"Brought together by our master blender, Michael Henry, Loch Lomond Inchmoan 12 celebrates the soft smoke character of Loch Lomond's style using a combination of whisky from our unique Straight Neck stills and more traditional Swan Neck Stills.
Aged in three types of American Oak casks, Loch Lomond Inchmoan highlights, and gives prominence to, soft smoke with additional highlights of warming spice elements of our distillery's signature style. With enchanting wood and peat smoke notes, roasted coffee, green apple with clove and aniseed spice on the finish. Bottled at 46% and non-chill filtered to keep things as nature intended."
G&M Recollection Imperial 1990

Bottled as part of Gordon & MacPhail's Recollection Series 3, this 1990 vintage Imperial was bottled after 33 years in a Refill American Hogshead at 57.2%. 92pts Whisky Fun
Producer Description
"Built by Thomas MacKenzie in 1897 – the year of Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee – Imperial Distillery was constructed in the heart of Speyside on a grand scale, the maltings capped by a cast iron crown. Mothballed in 1899, it reopened in 1919, fell silent for another 30 years then opened again, supplying spirit for blended whisky, only to close for the last time in 1998. In 2013, the buildings were demolished and Dalmunach Distillery now stands on the site. Single malt whiskies featuring the Imperial Distillery name are the epitome of rare. Their reputation continues to grow and this forgotten masterpiece was matured in a Gordon & MacPhail cask for more than three decades."
