Sullivan's Irish Gold
$6.49
From the the Brewer
"Enjoy The Canned Version Of Our "Irish Gold" Golden Ale. Traditionally Brewed With Lightly Roasted Cara Malt And Finished With First Gold Aroma Hops.
As lagers were brewed in the 1800's, this is a traditional kettle-hopped Golden Ale with early & late hop additions for a clean, citrus finish and a rich, copper / gold colour. Brewed by a true master, the beauty of this ale lies in its balance, sessionability and subtle apricot & tangerine tasting finish. "
5.2% alcohol.
Chermette Pinot Noir
$41.99
From the winemaker: "My wines come from my family's estate in Vissoux, in the Pierres Dorées region in the south of Beaujolais.
Since the 17th century, my family has been rooted in Vissoux; my paternal grandmother was named Eugénie Vissoux. My parents, Martine and Pierre-Marie Chermette have expanded the estate to five appellations from the north to the south of the Beaujolais. The love of vines and wine is therefore a family passion."
The vines take their roots on clay-limestone soil, very well suited to Pinot Noir, at Légny in the Pierres Dorées. The grapes are mostly vinified in whole bunch. This gives a fruity, crunchy wine with richness and structure.
Aline Beaune Bourgogne Blanc
$51.99
Aline Beauné is a winemaker to watch. More and more people are looking outside the main Côte of Burgundy for wines that mortals can afford, and this attention is drawing talent out of these regions. Aline has been making wine at the top tier in Santenay for over a decade, but all the while her parents have been renting out a familial plot in Montagny. In 2018, the contract with the previous tenants on 5 HA of prime vineyard land expired. Aline jumped at the opportunity to take over these vines and start her own domaine. The previous tenants were farming responsibly, but Aline felt the land had more to offer. She is transitioning to organic farming and already using some biodynamic treatments to ease this transition for the vines.

"Bursting with the refreshing flavour of ripe BC berries and zingy lemonade, this enticing sour ale has the perfect balance of sweet and tart. Crafted with the finest quality barley and wheat malt, we co-ferment with a blend of in-house lactobacillus and ale yeast for a delightfully effervescent and punchy sour beer base. Further aging with strawberry and blackberry juice drives a vibrant, hazy pink hue, with aromas of lemon zest and ripe berries and a thirst-quenching, mouth-watering dry finish with just the right amount of pucker-power to leave you wanting more.
