Don Julio Primavera
$224.99
Matured for 8 months in American White Oak Barrels. Limited Release. 40% ABV.
Producer Description
"In 1942, Don Julio González decided to establish his roots in Atotonilco El Alto, Mexico where he acquired his Distillery “La Primavera”. Tequila Don Julio Primavera honors our late founder's legacy as he believed reposado tequila was tequila at its finest. This deliciously smooth expression takes Tequila Don Julio's traditional Reposado and finishes it in a highly coveted European cask, which previously held wine infused with macerated orange peel, for a silky, sophisticated, light citrus taste. “Primavera” is best enjoyed on the rocks with an orange wheel or in our signature drink, the Primavera Sunset."

BenRiach 16 Year
$194.99
There's simply not enough BenRiach on the market anymore. We miss the days when Billy Walker owned the distillery, and this fruit-driven malt was everywhere. Sadly, that's not the case any longer, but the arrival of this 16-year-old has us buzzing. Hopefully, it's a sign of things to come.
Producer Note: "After sixteen years of maturation, Benriach develops a richly balanced evolution of our signature Speyside style. Three cask maturation in bourbon, sherry and virgin oak brings layers of stone fruit, smooth creamy malt, wild honey and nutty oak spice."
From Master Blender, Rachel Barrie: "Our signature Speyside style blossoms at ten years old, finding depth and richer layers of orchard fruit character as it turns sixteen. Our core flavour components of fruit, malt and oak become more concentrated, enriched with age at sixteen years old, bringing layers of stone fruit, smooth creamy malt, wild honey and nutty oak spice."

Castarede Armagnac 2004
$134.99
If you are looking to gift somebody a birthyear bottle of something they can either drink now or hold onto as long as they want, Castarède Armagnac should be considered.
The Armagnac House Castarède was founded in 1832 and remains in the same family to this day. It is now headed by Florence Castarede, who is the sixth generation of the Castarède family in charge of the Armagnac house. Castarède has an impressive selection of vintages still available, with consecutive vintages from 2003 back to the 1890s.
The vineyards are in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region and are planted with a variety of grapes: Folle Blache, Colombard and Saint-Emillion. Castarede Armagnacs then get aged in black oak barrels in the family's ancient cellars, before a little bit finds its way to Canada for fans like us!

Dieu Du Ciel Rince Cream
$6.19
A collab between Dieu Du Ciel and the famed Quebecois' absurdest comedy duo Les Denis Drolet, with the name for the beer actually coming from the name of their podcast "Rince Cream". An oat heavy mashbill results in a more dense and decadent style of IPA without having to add lactose. Still very fruit-driven with a finish of coconut.
Dieu Du Ciel Ete 3 Fruits
$6.79
A take on Dieu Du Ciel's classic beer, "Ete Framboise", this beer has wild blackberries and blueberries added to the mix, giving it an even more complex profile to it as well as a touch more body than the classic.
