G&M CC Glencadam 1994
$499.99
Glencadam, just shy of 30 Years of age! This 29 year old Highland Single Malt was distilled in 1994 and matured in a refill ex-Bourbon Barrel. Bottled at 45.8%.
Balvenie 25 Year Old 48%
$1,379.99
The latest 25 year old offering from the venerable Balvenie Distillery also comes with a brand new, slightly higher price. Though not too high, at least. This quarter century single malt has been carefully put together by the legendary David Stewart. Bottled at 48%.
Producer Description
"To craft The Balvenie Twenty-Five, David carefully chose some of The Balvenie’s rarest Traditional American and European Oak casks to create the special tasting profiles designed for the range. These single malt whiskies had matured for twenty-five years and were handpicked to complete the layers of flavor envisioned. The two casks were then married together in the brand’s Traditional Oak Tuns for just the right amount of time to become one sophisticatedly simplistic expression."

The second edition of one of the three core Lindores Abbey expressions. This Ex-Bourbon style is maybe the truest expression we've seen from Lindores. It allows more of the distillery's intrinsic character to shine through. Good young whisky from a distillery with so much potential.

Roseisle 12 Year Special Release 2024
$191.99
The inaugural Roseisle 12-year-old was a highlight of last year's Diageo Special Releases. In terms of flavour profile, it sits comfortably in the 'safe zone,' but in terms of execution, it offers a fair bit more than a typical Speysider in this age bracket. We've been anxiously awaiting the arrival of additional expressions from this distillery ever since. And while it would be nice to have something a little more exotic than a second version of essentially the same whisky (same age and cask makeup), it's also a great opportunity to see how consistent we can expect Roseisle to be.
Producer Description
"From the cutting-edge Roseisle Distillery, this is our second ever expression. Our Malt Master evokes a sublime Single Malt Scotch Whisky that soars with profound flavour, building on the folds of a previous flight, born of seemingly simple elements. Matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon and refill casks, rich flavours blossom with smooth creamy texture. Notes of ripe fruit and white chocolate lie beneath the sweet vanilla aroma. Nuanced spice balances warm complexity, ending with a long, rich finish. Experience pure harmony from technical artistry. Precise refinement to achieve exquisite balance."

Lagavulin 12 Year Special Release 2024
$254.99
The 2024 Diageo Special Releases bottling of Lagavulin is a 12 year, matured in First-Fill ex-Bourbon and Refill Casks before bottling at 57.4%. Much better. Last year's Tequila-finished release was... let's just say we prefer this cask makeup.
Producer Description
"This is Lagavulin character made sweet under the command of active oak. Bold smoke quietened to a hush, matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon and refill casks for a lush and glazed aroma. Experience a 12-year-old expression with thick toffee, vanilla, and coconut notes, unfurling with aromatic spice.
A testament to oak’s dynamic influence on bold character: powerful peat tempers into inviting sweetness. Made for the curious at heart."
