Red Racer WCIPA
$2.69
From the Brewery
"Red Racer beer is inextricably connected to a passion for the outdoors. It is connected to the people that spend their weekends pushing for the top of the next peak, racing to get in one last run for the day and those that live to seek what is around the next corner. Because you are uncompromising in everything you do – reach for the best, reach for a Red Racer.
When brewing Red Racer beer, from Pils to IPA, there is no room for compromise. Brewmaster Gary Lohin uses only the best ingredients and has dedicated his career to brewing not only the best beer possible, but the beer that he wants to drink. When you take a sip of any Red Racer, it is the result of tireless work, endless dedication and the dream of finding the perfect pint!"

From the Brewery;
"At Field House, we strive to be ‘purveyors of the good life’ by focussing on innovating classic beers and cultivating community both in the Fraser Valley and beyond. We opened our tasting room doors in East Abbotsford back in 2016, and expanded in 2020 to District 1881, in the heart of Downtown Chilliwack.
In our spaces you’ll find laid back patios and a beer lawn in EAST ABBY, perfect for slowing down and chilling out with a dang good beer in hand. On our tap lists you’ll find everything from crushable ales and experimental IPAs, to funky and fruity barrel-aged sours. We guarantee at least one new beer every single week. We have a local farm-to-table based canteen program in both our locations, and host events like our RUN CLUB and weekly live music nights."

From the Producer'
"7.5% ABV — Grand Manifesto is a special blend of 2, 3 & 4 year Spontaneous Fermentation barrels, and is the grandparent to our quintessential blend, Spontaneous Manifesto. Our brewers carefully chose barrels cellared for additional years to showcase the unique characteristics that only time can provide. Taking time while savouring this beer will reveal a fulfilling depth and complexity, with bright fruitiness complemented by subtle salinity and savoury nuttiness, a round acidity and soft tannin, all balanced by the signature characteristics of spontaneous beer. We hope you like it!"

Matthew Fritz Pinot Noir
$36.99
Founded by vintner and entrepreneur Matthew Bonanno, Matthew Fritz is the companion wine to his Napa Valley flagship, BonAnno Cabernet
Sauvignon. Matthew Fritz was founded on a few simple principles: seek out and source from top California coastal vineyards, let the fruit stand
on its own through a pure, clean winemaking process, and ultimately, ensure every bottle of Matthew Fritz is a true representation of both
the variety and appellation.
Edradour 10 Year 46%
$104.99
A few years ago, this bottle was only available at 40% ABV. Then, they bumped it up to 43%. Now, we have it at 46%!
Will this pattern hold? Will we see Edradour's flagship bottle released at 70%-plus ABV a few decades from now? Probably not.
Producer Description
"The ten year old Edradour is handmade and one of the last Single Malt Whiskies from a traditional farm distillery still in production today. The methods of production remain virtually unchanged in the last 150 years and are only just capable of commercial quantities. Indeed Edradour Distillery makes as much whisky in a year as most distilleries produce in a week. A rare pleasure for a fortunate few.
Aged 100% in Oloroso Sherry casks. Unchillfiltered at 46% ABV."
