Sauvignon. Matthew Fritz was founded on a few simple principles: seek out and source from top California coastal vineyards, let the fruit stand
on its own through a pure, clean winemaking process, and ultimately, ensure every bottle of Matthew Fritz is a true representation of both
the variety and appellation.
The wine is a medium ruby with aromas of violets, clove, and fresh dark cherries. The palate is elegant, textured and filled with ripe raspberry and cherry flavours with hints of mushroom and black tea. The finish has mouthwatering acidity and medium tannin.
