Chambord Raspberry Liqueur
$42.99
From the Producer,
"Chambord is a super-premium, all-natural black raspberry liqueur bottled at 16.5% ABV . It is crafted in the Loire Valley of France and owned by the Brown-Forman Corporation. Chambord can give any cocktail a taste of the magnifique! Explore our selection of exquisite cocktail recipes and find something to excite your senses. You’ll see it’s as easy as un, deux, trois.
un - We start with the first infusion by extracting all the delicious juices from our blackberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. The juices are then mixed with the finest French spirits and left for four weeks to infuse and unlock the rich flavor. The berries are then ready for their second infusion.
deux - In the second stage of our process we create the unmistakable flavor. After a total of six weeks and a double infusion, our berries are delicately pressed to capture all of their natural tongue-tingling juices. This leaves us with the rich, silky infusion base of Chambord.
trois - In the third and final stage we refine our luxurious liqueur. Our berry infusion is blended with the flavors of all-natural black raspberries and other high-quality raspberry varietals, as well as with a combination of exquisite Madagascan vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel and delicate honey. Finally, we balance the flavor to ensure we achieve the exceptional character that our liqueur is known for."

Burrowing Owl Meritage
$72.99
One of Canada's finest wines! The Burrowing Owl winery and vineyard lie within one of Canada's most unique ecosystems, near the north end of Osoyoos Lake, and is one of the most highly rated grape-growing locations in the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys, and for that matter Canada. Here is the winemaking team's tasting note: "Vibrant and complex nose with everything from ripe raspberry, cassis, blackberry and prune plum through to dried sage brush, orange zest, clove, black olive, marzipan, dusty vanillin oak and malt. The palate is dry, rich and full bodied with crisp acidity and firm, medium-plus ripe tannins. The structure for aging is framed by plenty of dark chocolate, cocoa, cassis, black plum, black cherry, spiced berry compote, citrus peel and a touch of fig, raisin and leather. Drinking well now, it also shows the concentration to open up and evolve over a decade. Pair with rosemary and garlic studded leg of lamb or lamb tagine".
Hansel Cuvee Alyce Chardonnay
$45.59
Stephen Hansel (Walter Hansel's son) on the Cuvee Alyce Chardonnay
"Produced from the highest elevation and is a product of 3 clones; the Hyde/wente; the Hudson/wente and French Dijon clone 95. These clusters are extremely small and the berries are the size of BB's; offering rich and flavorful wines. My mom, Alyce, was an exciting Lady with over-the-top energy and appeal. This wine takes after her."
The 2020 was whole- cluster pressed and then aged in one-year old French oak for 12 months. The fruit is sourced from the highest elevation of their vineyard sites which helps preserve acidity and freshness. The oak is present but nicely integrated while the palate offers baked apples and spice with just the right amount of acidity to balance things out. Only 708 cases were produced.
