Only our third Italian pilsner, this one carries the hallmarks of a classic: a doughy, cracker-like malt backbone, a delicate grassy and floral hop flair, with a lickity-crisp, lemon spritz finish. Far from cliché, we deployed experimental hop variety HBC 1134 this time around, elevating this brew to the highest levels of consciousness.
