Bonete Raicilla Costa is made from two Agave strains: maguey Chico Aguillar, and maguey Amarillo. The harvested agave is cooked in an underground oven, it is then fermented in open-air tanks allowing wild yeast to take hold. After this, it is double distilled in wooden stills made from the Oyamel tree and the trunk of the Bonete tree, which is native to the Jalisco Coast by master distiller Joaquin Solis.

Hand-harvested; fermentation in used oak barrels w/ natural yeast; aged 9 months on lees in ½ barrel and ½ stainless steel. Biodynamic as well.
