This blackberry sour has a beautiful berry richness that's further accentuated by the tartness. An addition of vanilla brings a lovely roundness to the finish. Almost like a bow on a gift!
Raul Perez Ultreia St. Jacques
$39.99
Ultreia Saint Jacques is the first wine Raúl Pérez made when he set out on his own, and he considers it still to the most important wine he makes. About 85% of the old vines that supply it are grown on clay with the rest on sand. The wine is fermented in traditional oak vats, some bought from world-famous Vega Sicilia in Ribera del Duero, and all but about 20% of the grapes are fermented as whole bunches. The must is kept in contact with the skins for a full two months before the wine is pressed into neutral barrels, where it’s aged for a further 10 months. Most of the grapes are the local Mencía, but some field blends go into the blend, so there are small proportions of alicante bouschet, trousseau/bastardo, palomino and other varieties. It has bright, fresh blueberry and cranberry fruit with a rasp of tannin and a savoury, crisp finish. It's a remarkable wine for the price, snagging 93 points from Decanter magazine and called one of the best wine bargains in the world.
Le Naturel
$26.99
Clean and bright wine where beautiful raspberry tones dominate, which is surprising for a red wine. It is fresh and sound on nose, with a good intensity; notes of blackberries and violets stand out. On palate it has a fresh, fruity attack that is proof of its origin from high-altitude vineyards. It has a very pleasant mid-palate, and it is a light and very easy-drinking wine.

Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth 375
$23.99
375ml Bottle
Carpano Antica Formula stands out from all the other vermouths thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable vanilla notes. First invented in 1786 in Turin by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, it has survived in its original inimitable recipe thanks to the love and the skill of Fratelli Branca Distillerie which, with its motto “Novare Serbando”, has been able to preserve the product’s original qualities and characteristics.
White wine from selected Italian grape varieties from the Romagna, Puglia and Sicily regions, processed within 24 hours of receiving to prevent oxidation.
These wines have a medium alcoholic strength that, in combination with the special production processes, brings out the flavours of the spices, herbs and roots that make up the secret recipe. The numerous aromatic plants that go into the recipe of Antica Formula are extracted by hot infusion or cold extraction methods handed down through the centuries, depending on the raw material. These methods, along with the recipe itself, constitute the secret of this product. Antica Formula stands out thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable notes of the best quality VANILLA from the tropical regions of Madagascar, Papua New Guinea and Tahiti. In fact, only the beans produced by the plant, and no other derivatives, are used in the recipe. Vanilla was known in Aztec times and has appetite-stimulating and digestive properties.
Glaetzer Anaperenna Cab Shiraz
$67.99
"I love what Glaetzer's inclusion of Cabernet brings to the 2017 Anaperenna Shiraz-Cabernet Sauvignon, giving it additional fragrance and length. Lifted aromas of mint, raspberries and dark chocolate mark the nose, while the full-bodied palate is rich and velvety but never heavy, framed by supple tannins that turn silky on the long, long finish. Showing great focus, energy and intensity, expect it to still be going strong in a decade." - 97 points, Wine Advocate
