"Blend 11: “Besadiablos” is a five cask blend of pot still and Krassel still rums.
The spiritual successor to 2024's Matadiablo release, it was produced from
Java sugarcane harvested at 3000+ feet above sea level in the mountains of
Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca.
After aging in New French Oak, New Hungarian Oak, ex- Red Wine, ex-
Rum American Oak, and Ex-Bourbon American Oak casks it was bottled at
a cask strength of 59.6% abv with no water, sugar, nor coloring added.
This rum is remarkably potent yet nimble, with dozens of layers to unpack."

"Aged 5 years, this rum starts with Glacier-fed water from the eastern slopes of the Canadian Rockies and Canadian made molasses derived from Guatemalan sugarcane. The rum is matured for 3 years in once used bourbon barrels from Woodford Reserve, and finished for an additional 2 years in oloroso sherry casks we import from Jerez, Spain. Extremely easy drinking, this rum is best served neat, on a large cube, or in a premium cocktail."

This is Grant Stevely's classic Noteworthy Gin, at Navy Strength, 57%. Distilled at his Dubh Glas (Douglas, in Gaelic form) Distillery in Olivery, British Columbia. It is Stevely's classic cocktail gin at a much higher strength, and in a cute 375ml bottle!
From the producer: "Our award winning Noteworthy Gin is our initial signature release which is a hand-crafted, small batch gin made from 100% British Columbian grown barley, carefully fermented in stainless steel and then transferred to our German copper pot still. After three precision distillations – two to clean the spirit and one to infuse our botanicals, it is then both hand bottled and labeled allowing constant monitoring of the quality control process.
