Made from molasses that go through extended fermentations conducted by wild yeasts, it acquires the unique and funky aromatic profile that Hampden Estate is world-famous for. The distillation takes places incopper pot stills, yielding an intensely aromatic, high-ester white rum. Unique, bold and full of tropical notes, Rum Fire packs a lot of complexity and brings enough personality to add depth to a large array of cocktails.

ITP stands for Ive Trewlany Pot, this marque represents a lighter weight pot still rum with medium-low esters, and was originally produced by Worthy Park distillery long, long ago.
This underwent both tropical and continental aging in American oak, and bottled at 54.7%
