Aged for an average of 15 months, we blended one Willet and two Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with a whiskey barrel from friends and locals Burwood Distillery. The very unusual character of Hitachino Nest Espresso Stout stems from the fact that Kiuchi Brewery is using the recipe of a Russian Imperial Stout as base. Pitch black colour, big brown head. Aromas of chocolate, roasted bitterness, dark fruits. Roasted black and chocolate malts provide an explosion of coffee like flavours. The strong espresso character comes from the addition of espresso beans.

Green's Gluten Free Dubbel Ale (ABV 7.0%) is the world's first example of this style made with no barley. It's produced from all gluten free ingredients -- water, millet, buckwheat (soba), brown rice, sorghum, hops, and yeast -- by De Proefbrouwerij in Belgium for Green's in the UK.
It pours clear dark brown with a tan head and a traditional Belgian yeast bouquet. In the classic dubbel fashion, it has hints of dark fruits, brown sugar and toffee, and is medium-bodied and moderately carbonated.
Food Pairings: Makes a fine aperitif; also great with traditional Italian antipasto, soft cheeses, gluten-free baked goods, and Belgian-style "pomme frites".

Brewed by the Belgian Family Brewery in Brouwerij Huyghe which is just outside Ghent, Belgium. The brewery is over 350 years old. Delirium Nocturnum is an 8.5% ABV, dark Belgian Strong Ale. It is a triple-fermented dark ale using 3 different yeast strains and 5 different malts. Delirium Nocturnum pours a rich brown/ruby color, with a thick tan head that leaves a slight lace on the glass. Smells like brewing, big warm malt and toast. Candy sugar and brown sugar notes. Spicy cola and nutty malt. Long toast big bitterness and warming booze.
