As with Lil’ Kerouac’s first press, we’re once again combining the two to see how things might have gone six years ago if we knew then what we know now. We’ve re-attempted sour-pitching in steel, this time with Philly Sour yeast from Lallemand to diminish the acidity while keeping things sour."
