7.5% ABV — Fruitful Pursuits Cherry 2023 is a Spontaneous Fermentation blend refermented on Okanagan sour cherries. This cherry variety of unknown heritage was supplied by Steve & Dan’s Fresh BC Fruit. The blend of 1, 2, & 3 year barrels refermented for 2 months on hundreds of kilograms of whole cherries, which showcases the full spectrum of character from the fruit and pits. The result is a stunning, ruby red colour, with pronounced baking spice and marzipan flavour, and a rich, coating texture and acidity.

"Over the past year, our obsession with West Coast IPA has exploded into our Lucidity series, and it only feels right to showcase it for our 4th anniversary. For this milestone release, we built an ultra-light Pilsner base to let the hops truly take center stage.We layered the whirlpool with Mosaic and Krush Cryo and dry-hopped the beer three times with a blend of Mosaic, Strata CGX, Krush Cryo, and Nelson Amplifire. The sheer intensity in aroma and flavour is something that must be experienced first-hand. Expect an aggressive experience of berries being dragged through a forest.

"Our Lucidity series is back at it again with another hype release. With version 11 we wanted to keep things sessionable with a pale ale and highlight our hand-selected Mosaic chosen specially for this series. To increase the bright punchy notes we sprinkled in some Luminosa to support our killer Mosaic. As always, we mashed with the finest Pilsner malt and fermented low and slow with Chico to provide the cleanest canvas possible. Expect overbearing notes of berry lemonade and punchy citrus zest."

Our latest wild thing is maybe our most worldly to date, taking its inspiration from a specialty fermented Yunnanese tea called Gan Pu’er, which is made by filling small, hollowed out green tangerines with ripe Pu'er tea leaves, then drying them as one unit. Juicy orange zest dominates the initial palate, with notes of black tea and fresh wheat blossoming as the supporting cast, finishing citrusy with a touch of funk. It ain’t Newtonian mechanics - it’s just an easy-drinking, crowd-pleasing, refreshing winter banger.
