Exp. Lucidity 11, DDH West Coast Pale Ale 5.2% ABV
"Our Lucidity series is back at it again with another hype release. With version 11 we wanted to keep things sessionable with a pale ale and highlight our hand-selected Mosaic chosen specially for this series. To increase the bright punchy notes we sprinkled in some Luminosa to support our killer Mosaic. As always, we mashed with the finest Pilsner malt and fermented low and slow with Chico to provide the cleanest canvas possible. Expect overbearing notes of berry lemonade and punchy citrus zest."

"Lager is a labour of love. This statement reflects everything about how our Ethereal series has evolved. Lager brewing is technically demanding, time-intensive, intricately nuanced, and hard as hell. For our 23rd release, we wanted to use tried and true ingredients so we could really dive deep into the process side. Without getting too nerdy, we focused our efforts on the cold side with a complex fermentation and conditioning schedule. We’ll let the results speak for themselves."
