"Our fourth batch from this unnamed Tennessee distillery is a 4 Year Old Straight Rye Whisky, a release of just 331 bottles at 45% abv. Sadly we’re not able to name this distillery, but you’ll notice it’s definitely labelled as a Tennessee whisky which narrows it down an awful lot! Whiskey production has a rich history in Tennessee that only just survived both national prohibition and a longer statewide prohibition."
About the Label
"Tennessee whiskey must be filtered through charcoal (this filtering step is known as the Lincoln County Process) prior to aging the whiskey. Our label features a whole load of sugar maple on fire, making charcoal, in some sort of hollow - another clue? There’s also a familiar face if you're up to date on your zombie apocalypse television dramas, and there’s also one of our shockingly bad puns."

"Our fourth batch from this unnamed Tennessee distillery is a 5 Year Old Straight Rye Whisky, marriage from liquids that had spent finishing periods in ex-Oloroso casks and ex-Pedro Ximenez casks. It’s a release of just 230 bottles at 50% abv (100% US Proof). Sadly we’re not able to name this distillery, but you’ll notice it’s definitely labelled as a Tennessee whisky which narrows it down an awful lot!"

This Bourbon was distilled at MGP and contains two different mash bills: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley | Mash Bill 2: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. Aged for at least five years and partially matured in the Doc Swinson's warehouse in Ferndale, Washington, the combined mash created a high rye Bourbon that was finished in ex-Tawny Port casks for a further 4 to 7 months. The result was bottled at 57.1%.

"Hailing from Portugal, these old casks were home to a selection of Tawny Ports for many years before making their way across the Atlantic to be filled with Doc Swinson’s blend of two five-year whiskeys."

This Bourbon was distilled at MGP and contains two different mash bills: 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley | Mash Bill 2: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley. Aged for at least five years and partially matured in the Doc Swinson's warehouse in Ferndale, Washington, the combined mash created a high rye Bourbon that was finished in casks that previously held Extra-Anejo Tequila. After 4 to 8 months finishing, the result has been bottled at 57.55%.

"Most aged tequilas are aged in barrels previously used to age bourbon, imparting vanilla and oak notes. We rarely see other spirits aged in tequila casks, and in Doc Swinson’s tradition of seeking out unique flavors, we thought we’d give it a shot. We chose some exceptional casks that had previously been used to age extra Añejo tequila before finishing our Blender’s Cut straight bourbon whiskey in them."
