Distilled May 24, 2006 the whisky was filled into a Bourbon Barrel (#78/2006), and matured just shy of 15 years before bottling on March 15, 2021, at 53.4%. Kensington Wine Market will be donating $25 from every bottle sold to the MS Society of Canada. 216 total bottle!
