Batch 2 of Glenallchie's Wood Finish range joins an ensemble cast of cask finishes from Batch one already on shelves. Billy Walker & co re-racked some nine year old GlenAllachie that was aging away in American Oak, transferring whisky into Moscatel Barriques for nearly two years. This batch was then bottled at 11 years old and 48% ABV.

Nose: Peaches and cinnamon balanced with heather honey and mocha.
Palate: A rich combination of heather honey, orange zest and peaches, with notes of cinnamon and mocha in the background.
