"Imperial Hazy IPA - 8.2%
Orange Dreamsicle, Tic Tacs, Campino Candies
We’ve never exactly been subtle about our obsession with bold, juicy hops, so it was only natural we finally teamed up with our favourite supplier, the legendary Freestyle Hops in NZ, to work some new chemical magic. This time around, we’re tapping straight into your childhood. There’s a reason orange creamsicles are one of your most beloved memories. Now imagine that flavour all grown up in a super-fruity, densely-hazy IPA that's both velvety smooth and ridiculously easy to crush. The ones who receive it, won’t be able to"
Alambique Serrano 3 Anos 2nd Edition
$69.99
From the Alambique Serrano website.
"This is an artisanal rum brand consisting of unique blends and Single Cask selections of rums distilled from sugar cane juice.
Far from typical, the Krassel family have engineered a variety of techniques, new and old, to make exceptional aged rums on the steep hillsides of Santa Maria Tlalixtac.
Remarkably different than the 1st Edition, this blend consists 9 barrels of Krassel still rum aged 38 months in ex-bourbon barrels, and 2 casks of Pot Still Rum aged in New French Oak. Those 11 casks together were blended and ended up at 57%; we then gently proofed it down to 46.4% using distilled water from Río Blanco, located 150 meters from the distillery."

Our brewers carefully chose barrels cellared for additional years to showcase the unique characteristics that only time can provide. Taking time while savouring this beer will reveal a fulfilling depth and complexity, with bright fruitiness complemented by subtle salinity and savoury nuttiness, a round acidity and soft tannin, all balanced by the signature characteristics of spontaneous beer.
