"This is an artisanal rum brand consisting of unique blends and Single Cask selections of rums distilled from sugar cane juice.
Far from typical, the Krassel family have engineered a variety of techniques, new and old, to make exceptional aged rums on the steep hillsides of Santa Maria Tlalixtac.
Remarkably different than the 1st Edition, this blend consists 9 barrels of Krassel still rum aged 38 months in ex-bourbon barrels, and 2 casks of Pot Still Rum aged in New French Oak. Those 11 casks together were blended and ended up at 57%; we then gently proofed it down to 46.4% using distilled water from Río Blanco, located 150 meters from the distillery."

" A rum with aromas of stewed plantains, raspberry marzipan, aloe vera, Madonna Lily, watermelon agua fresca, & a hint of cinnamon candy. With a bit of air, orange oil and walnuts make their presence known as well.
On the palate, you’ll find an upfront burst of tropical fruits - lime zest, watermelon, and cucumbers on the front end of the palate, which transitions to cinnamon candy, nutmeg and lightly toasted almonds on the back end."

"Blend 11: “Besadiablos” is a five cask blend of pot still and Krassel still rums.
The spiritual successor to 2024's Matadiablo release, it was produced from
Java sugarcane harvested at 3000+ feet above sea level in the mountains of
Santa Maria Tlalixtac, Oaxaca.
After aging in New French Oak, New Hungarian Oak, ex- Red Wine, ex-
Rum American Oak, and Ex-Bourbon American Oak casks it was bottled at
a cask strength of 59.6% abv with no water, sugar, nor coloring added.
This rum is remarkably potent yet nimble, with dozens of layers to unpack."
