Ichiro then took possession of all the whisky stocks left behind in the Hanyu distillery and used them in the blending production of the world famous Ichiro’s Malt Card Series. Chichibu whiskies are much in demand globally due to limited production and award winning quality. Ichiro Akuto is revered globally as a master craft distiller, producing some of Japan’s best whiskies today. A marriage of single malts from Chichibu and Hanyu distilleries.
