What was once Small Batch is now Single Barrel! Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon is produced at Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is one of the few Jim Beam-made Bourbons to retain an age statement on the label, Baker’s is a minimum 7-year-old Bourbon and part of the Jim Beam premium line that also contains Booker’s and Basil Hayden’s. Named after Jim Beam’s nephew: Baker Beam, it is bottled at 53.5% ABV or 107 Proof.

Bulleit Bourbon

According to company lore, the first batch of Bulleit was first made in the 1800s by Augustus Bulleit, but discontinued after his death. In 1987, the great-great-grandson of the original creator, Tom Bulleit created the first modern-day batch, which was introduced in 1999. In 1997 Bulleit was bought by Seagram, and is now distilled in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Following an acquisition of Seagram, the Bulleit brand is now owned by Diageo. This Kentucky Straight Bourbon has been matured at least 6 years, and is bottled at a strength of 45%. It is made from at least 30% rye grain, giving it a rich, deep flavour.

This is Knob's Creek's Kentucky Bourbon kicked up a notch, bottled at 60% and from a single cask. Each barrel will vary a little from the next. As each cask is unique, so is the whisky from each. Produced by Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky - the Single Barrel version of Knob Creek is 9 Years of age or older and is bottled at 60% ABV. Like the Knob Creek Small Batch, the Single Barrel version purportedly uses Jim Beam's 'Low Rye" mash bill of about 75% Corn, 13% Rye, and 12% Barley.

The term "Bonded" or "Bottled in Bond" means that this whiskey had to adhere to the following standards as originally written into law by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897:

- All whiskey in the bottle must be produced by one distillery and by one distiller over the course of one distillation season.
- The whiskey must be at least four years old.
- It must be bottled at at least 100 proof / 50% ABV
- The whiskey must be aged in bonded warehouses under United States federal supervision.
- The label on the bottle has to state which distillery it comes from and also where it was bottled.
