Baileys Irish Cream 50ml
$5.99
A classic warm-up on a cold day, during the Calgary Stampede or for use in specialty drinks. Baileys Irish Cream was created by Gilbeys of Ireland as it searched for something tasty and sweet to introduce to the international market. Baileys became a hit almost instantly, when it was introduced in 1974 as the world's first Irish Cream. Despite attributions to Andrew Bailey of the R.A. Bailey Company, no such person existed. The choice of the name Bailey was based on branding. Enjoy this sweet, creamy drink in coffee, in hot chocolate or simply by itself. Great for camping or cold winter nights!

One of the most sought-after Irish whiskies around: the 21-year-old single malt from Bushmills Distillery. It is triple distilled then matured in a mix of bourbon casks and Oloroso sherry before finishing in Madeira barrels. Bottled at 40% ABV.
Producer Description
"Our Bushmills 21 Year Old is a marriage of single malts matured for at least 19 years in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, then finished in Madeira casks for a further two years. This unusually long finishing period allows our single malt to patiently mellow, mature and pick up deeper notes of ripe fruit and dried raisins from the fortified Portuguese wine casks. Our 21 Year Old is only crafted in limited numbers and each bottle is numbered."

Bushmills 16 Year
$134.99
Two whiskeys are matured for 16 years‚ one in a bourbon barrel and the other in sherry‚ and then they are married together in a sweet port infused cask. It’s a marriage made in heaven! Expect a warm Port-like sweetness on the back of the throat, that drifts up to form an almond marzipan fusion with hints of honey and praline. The finish is deep and jammy, with hints of dark chocolate.
Producer Description: "Our Bushmills 16 Year Old is a marriage of single malts matured for at least 16 years in hand-selected Oloroso sherry butts and bourbon barrels, then finished in port pipes for up to a year. This triple casking transforms the colour to a beautiful ruby red and adds layers of juicy sun-ripened dark fruit and berries, complex almond nuttiness and a treacly vanilla spice."
O'Hara's Irish Stout
