Delamotte Blanc de Blanc

$143.99

Founded in 1760 in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a grand cru village located in la Côte des Blancs, Champagne Delamotte works this enchanting terroir to grow chardonnay, the dominant white grape variety used to make Champagne. Well-reputed among sommeliers and wine enthusiasts, their champagnes are known for their consistency, delicacy and exceptional character. For over 260 years, we have been developing four different cuvées, a small range that gives amateurs and experts alike a clear understanding of the art of champagne. Our Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Blancs vintage, Brut and Rosé are quintessential Champagne wines. Their top luxury wine is Salon, very expensive and hard to find, but it's worth knowing that in the years when they don't make Salon (exceptional vintages only) those grapes get declassified into the Delamotte label at a fraction of the price.

Lemaire Les Haute-Prieres

$142.99

True to its pursuit of excellence, Maison Roger-Constant Lemaire crafts Champagnes of rare and refined character. Each bottle reflects the precision of daily work, guided by high standards and a vinification process without malolactic fermentation, preserving the freshness and authenticity of the aromas. The Lemaire family has been cultivating vineyards in Hautvillers since 1860. In 1945, Roger-Constant founded the Maison that now bears his name, guided by the conviction that each wine should reflect the identity of its terroir. Since then, several generations have succeeded one another, passing down a passion for the vine and a commitment to precise craftsmanship, always with respect for nature and Champagne traditions.

Leclerc Briant Champagne

$113.99

Founded in the village of Cumières in 1872 by Lucien Leclerc, the winery moved, in 1955, to the premises it still occupies today in Chemin de la Chaude Ruelle in Epernay. It was also at this time, thanks to the dynamism of Bertrand Leclerc, the great grandson of the founder, and of his wife Jacqueline Briant, that the estate-based business changed its status to that of a Maison de Negoce or trading house. In 2012 Leclerc Briant was saved from oblivion when it was acquired by Mark Nunelly and Denise Dupré, an American couple who are great enthusiasts of the French "art de vivre" and who fell in love with the nonconformist character of the House. They are joined by Frédéric Zeimett, a native of Champagne, who since then has led the House to the marches of Champagne codes, serving the expression of a unique style that is now internationally recognized.

Jacquesson Cuvee N748

$148.99

Jacquesson Champagne, founded in 1798, has been unique from the very beginning. The founder’s son was a clever inventor who created, among other things, the muselet that still secures champagne corks today. Napoleon Bonaparte himself was known to detour for Jacquesson on his way to battle.

Over the centuries, the house has changed ownership several times, but its essence remains the same: Champagne with quality, originality, and a distinctive voice. Today, the brothers Jean-Hervé and Laurent Chiquet lead the domaine from their base in Dizy, cultivating vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and the Vallée de la Marne with utmost respect for nature.

Leclerc Briant Rose Champagne

$143.99

The Leclerc Briant house is known for its know-how and its commitment to the environment, cultivating its grapes according to the principles of biodynamics.

Dosed only at 4 gr / L for 2016 wines disgorged in 2019, the majority of black grapes show a fruity nose of apples, quinces and follow notes of biscuits and mocha, dense palate on pear and lemon, the vinification under boils brings volume.his champagne offers a luminous and fluid robe. On the palate, it offers great freshness, lemony acidity and intense iodized purity, all in a perfect balance between vinosity. Versatile, Leclerc-Briant Réserve Brut champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fusion food dishes based on pork, lamb or Comté.

Sadi Malot Champagne

$95.99

Founded in 1883 by Socrate Malot and renamed in 1920 to honor his brother Sadi, who lost his life in World War I, Champagne Sadi Malot is a historic family-run grower-producer (Récoltant-Manipulant). Based in the premier cru village of Villers-Marmery, the house is now led by the fifth generation—Socrate’s great-great-granddaughter Cindy Malot and her partner Florian Villiere, who took over in 2016.

While the Montagne de Reims is renowned for Pinot Noir, Villers-Marmery is a rare enclave of exceptional Chardonnay, thanks to its unusual limestone bedrock more commonly associated with the Côte des Blancs. This unique terroir shapes wines with remarkable elegance, minerality, and finesse, offering a distinctive expression of Champagne.

Georges Laval Garennes Champagne

$182.99

This tiny, impeccably-run estate in Cumières is known only to a select few connoisseurs of Champagne. You could drive through the village a hundred times without knowing it was there, and in fact, aside from a well-worn, barely legible placard with the words “Champagne Georges Laval” written in about three millimeter-high script just above the doorbell, there is no marking whatsoever to indicate its presence. Behind these simple, unassuming wooden doors, however, lies one of Champagne’s greatest treasures. Over four generations, Georges Laval began producing estate-bottled champagne in 1971. His son Vincent joined the estate after finishing his studies in 1991, and has been in charge of the cellars since 1996. Laval’s vineyard holdings comprise just 2.5 hectares, with two hectares all in the premier cru village of Cumières, spread over seven parcels. Average vine age is over 30 years, and the oldest vines of the estate are over 70 years of age. Rare and remarkable.
