Dolin Vermouth De Chambery Blanc
$29.99
From the Producer
"Dolin Vermouth Has Arrived
French vermouth is firmly back in focus. After its peak in the 1850s, it is once again a staple behind top bars, valued for its complexity and versatility.
Founded in the 1820s in Chambéry, Dolin remains one of the original producers of French vermouth. Crafted through the maceration of over thirty Alpine botanicals, including plants, flowers, and spices, in a base of white wine, it delivers a layered, balanced profile that works equally well as an aperitif or in classic cocktails.
A woman-led legacy: Marie Dolin took over the house in 1869 and, in 1876, crossed the Atlantic herself to win gold at the Philadelphia World's Fair. Today, Ariane Aimard, with Dolin since 1980, co-leads the company."

Edinburgh Raspberry Gin
$43.99
From the Distillery
"Tastes like plump, velvet berries plucked fresh from the farmers' field.
Our Raspberry Gin is a 40% abv expression of our much-celebrated flavour pioneer. Fashioned using locally sourced raspberries from the soft fruit capital of the UK, Perthshire.
Taking advantage of the best of seasonal Perthshire raspberries, directly sourced from the farmers door, we distil a sweet and delicious gin with real depth of flavour, very much reminiscent of raspberry jam.
Best served with tonic, a twist of lemon, garnish with raspberries, and plenty of ice."
