Valtuille _Cepas Centenarias represents one of the most recognized and well-cared wines of the winery.
The first vintage of the wine was made in 1999, since then we have bottled all the vintages.
For its production, they use grapes from a single plot of the sandy clay zone of the “Mata los Pardos” place, one of the most valued and least productive of the town, from which the most elegant wines are obtained.
The plots, facing east, are plowed every year so as not to contaminate the soil. Its yield, barely reaches 4 bunches per vine.

Guillaume Michaut has been surrounded by vineyards and the history of Chablis since childhood. His grandfather was an early believer in the wines of Chablis and worked proudly to expand the Chablis appellation to his village of Beines and beyond. By the 1960s, he was able to pass a rather large holding of vineyards down to his sons. As a teenager, Guillaume worked alongside his father and uncles in the vineyards and joined the family domaine in 2004. However, after his father passed away, Guillaume realized that his vision was starkly different from that of his uncles, and decided to set out on his own with his small share of family vines back in 2018. This is one of the rising starts of the region, get them before the prices start to rise.

The 2022 Beychevelle has a succinct bouquet with wonderful precision and focus, pure black fruit, black olive compote and subtle tobacco scents. It unfurls with aeration yet doesn't want to give too much away. The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannins. There is a newfound sense of clarity that lifts this 2022 above recent vintages. This is unequivocally one of the most elegant Beychevelles on the finish, and it lingers temptingly in the mouth. It’s a benchmark wine for this Saint-Julien.

100 - Points, Wine Advocate: The 2022 Pichon Longueville Comtesse de Lalande has turned out even better in bottle than I anticipated, bursting from the glass with aromas of cassis and blackberries mingled with scents of licorice, violets and pencil shavings. Full-bodied, layered and enveloping, it's suave, seamless and complete, with faultless precision, pristine integration of tannin, controlled sweetness and a long, expansive finish. The 2022 manages to unite the sensuality that's the estate's calling card and the ripeness of the vintage on the one hand, with a sense of Pauillac classicism on the other, threading the needle to deliver one of the finest wines of the vintage and a benchmark Pichon Comtesse. It's a blend of 78% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Franc that spent 18 months in barriques (three months more than was formerly the case), two-thirds of which were new. As I wrote en primeur, there's more than a hint of the 1982 about this wine, and like the 1982, the 2022 will offer an exceptionally wide drinking window.

Elvio Cogno PF Barbera

Produced from one of the last archaic vineyard of Langhe region, an open-air museum from a time gone by, with vines older than a hundred years. The vines are onto 100% Vitis Vinifera roots and replicate by propagation. They have therefore maintained, over the decades, the original Barbera characteristics. The small plot, situated in Berri near La Morra, has an excellent exposure and sandy-chalky terrain which guarantees a natural protection from Philloxera. This mixes with the intriguing vine resiliency and its most typical charms imparted from the microclimate and a particularly favorable altitude. The low production per hectare guarantees an intensely rare and rich organoleptic concentration. The wine is refined in oak casks which slowly develop all primary aromas. Pleasant and refined, complex even as a young wine, it is not afraid to be aged in bottle, expressing its solid uniqueness even over the years.

Domaine Tissot was founded in 1962 by André Tissot and Mireille his wife, we are in Montigny-les-Arsures a neighboring commune in Arbois one of the most representative towns of the Jura and qualitatively one of the best areas.
André's goal was to produce wines in the respect and enhancement of the territory with a "traditional" approach. But the real turning point came with the arrival of Stéphane Tissot, son of André and wife Bénédicte. Stéphane returning from important training experiences abroad immediately began to bring organic practices to the winery until complete conversion within a short time, this was the 1990s.
Today the Domaine has 35 ha cultivated according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture, and a production of incredible wines of territorial identity.
