" It is not a traditionally distilled spirit; rather, it is crafted using a blend of natural extracts and flavors like cubeba pepper, Mexican lime oil, and Italian chinotto.
Cut Above nonalcoholic Agave Blanco Tequila opens with a warm fruit nose. On first sip earthiness and spiciness dominate, but the spice doesn't bring heat. It is viscous on the pallet which allows the notes of aged wood, cooked agave, and grapefruit to linger. On the smooth finish, hints of lime and citrus oil appear with bittersweet gentian root. "
