We build our version with at least 60% of our own double post distilled wheated bourbon, aged two years in our unique warehouse.

We blend it with a hand selected number of 7 year old barrels of Wheated bourbon from Wyoming. We place our focus on the balance between grain and barrel with an emphasis on malty , fruity, and baking spice characteristics. Deep vanilla, coconut, caramel and dried fruit make the Wheater an excellent choice neat or in a cocktail.

The Moniz family has been in Dão's Silgueiros area for generations. In the early 1990s, António Canto Moniz decided to dedicate himself to serious winegrowing, using his family's historic presses and lagares. Today, the estate is overseen by António’s son, Henrique. The Tinto blends 40% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro, 20% Tinta Roriz, 20% Jaen, from granite-rooted vines 20-40 years old, at 440m. This densely structured wine is only just approaching maturity. Juicy black fruits are nicely balanced with the firm tannins and black-pepper edge. The wine should be ready from 2023 onwards.

The grapes for this wine are carefully hand-selected from vineyards located at 1300m ASL in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. After maceration, fermentation is started with natural and selected yeasts and takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine then ages in French oak barrels for a period of 3 months and then in the bottle for at least 3 months. Pronounced notes of spicy white pepper and clove
on the nose with a hint of red pepper. Well-balanced with integrated tannins and a long, spicy finish.
