Wild Life Distillery Gin 750ml
$54.99
Wild Life gin is produced by Wild Life distillery in the scenic mountain town of Canmore. "The obvious overproof of 43.3% abv. allows the nose & body of the gin to stand up in a martini or a cocktail without getting lost in solution."
From the Producer: "Wild Life Gin embodies balance. Juniper and citrus notes on the nose: these pop right out of the glass. Fresh lemon and blood orange lead the way, with classic juniper and coriander close behind. Then the unmistakeable texture of our grain base spirit shines through the middle palate. The finishing spices come through at the end in the back of the mouth completing the trio:Nose, body, finish: check, check & check."
About Wild Life Distillery: "What does it mean to be a craft distillery? At Wild Life Distillery (WLD), our approach to producing great craft spirits is set on a foundation of quality and authenticity. We use our distillery as the medium to connect these values to everything that we do: the clean mountain water we use; the local grain we source; the small batch sizes we produce; our attention to detail; and the community of like-minded individuals that surrounds us, are all a part of the WLD process. Every aspect of this reinforces our view of what it means to be craft. This is further reflected in who we are and the way we live. We work hard to ensure that WLD produces only the highest quality products and are eager to share this passion for quality craftsmanship with you."

Meinklang Gruner Veltliner
$32.99
The Meinklang vineyards are found in eastern Austria close to the Hungarian border. Gruner Veltliner, Austria's darling white grape varietal, is making Burgundian Chardonnays look positively bland and has wowed wine critics internationally for it's great food-matching credentials. Full of the flavours of green apple and citrus, with a white pepper finish, it offers a wonderful hit of mineral freshness. This wine is made entirely from Grüner Veltliner grown on sandy loam. The grapes are gently pressed into stainless steel where they ferment and age on lees for a short period of time. The wine goes through a loose filter before being bottled with 90ppm total Sulphur. 11% ABV
Bellwoods Jelly King Dry Hopped Sour Btl

Sipsmith Gin
$52.99
For years we tried to get this gin in market to no avail, and then one day it just showed up. Seems a big multinational bought it, so the good new is its here, and at a more reasonable price than originally suspected.
From the Producer: Sipsmith: the first copper pot distillery in London for nearly two hundred years! Sipsmith London Dry Gin was born out of a desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name. With a nod to traditional hand crafted production, their gin combines traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller. London Dry Gin is the quintessential expression of a classic London Dry Gin. Bold, complex and aromatic - smooth enough for a Martini, yet rich and balanced, perfect for a G&T.
Copper Stilled in Small Batches: Every drop of alcohol that goes into a bottle of Sipsmith has been distilled in copper. Copper draws out the impurities and cleanses the spirit. It’s what makes Sipsmith spirits so incredibly smooth.
One Shot Method: One of the only gins in the world to use the “One-Shot Method”, meaning we use exactly the right amount of botanicals in our distillation so that we only need to add water to bring it down to bottling strength. 99% of gins are made using a concentrate which is diluted with neutral grain spirit and water. This neutral alcohol has had no contact with copper nor the botanicals so it produces a harsher, less balanced gin.
Hand Cut: We only ever retain a tight heart cut (the highest quality) of the liquid which is cut by hand. Much like a fine single malt, it’s what delivers our uncompromising quality of spirit.
Aubuisieres Le Petit Clos
$34.99
Formerly known as Domaine Bernard Fouquet, until Bernard retired in 2021, handing the reins to Charles Lesaffre. Charles is the grandson of Gérald Bruley des Varannes, the man from whom Bernard's father André acquired his first vineyards, thereby bringing the story of the Domaine full circle. An avid practitioner of viticulture and oenology, Charles joined Bernard as an associate in 2019. Two years into his tenure, Charles has emphasized organic and biodynamic practices. Charles has continued, as Bernard before him, to capture the unique Vouvray mineral tones, along with the wonderfully balanced expression of fruit of the Chenin Blanc grape, in his wines.
The grapes come from a tiny parcel in the Loire Valley called Petit Clos, which boasts four-decade-old (and more) vines of Chenin Blanc. The clay-limestone soils help produce a dry, rich and powerful white. Best served with goat cheese, chicken salad or rich fish like salmon or sea bream.
Vietti Nebbiolo Perbacco
$62.99
Made from 100% Nebbiolo, this is a wonderful vintage for Perbacco which is made from parcels planted in the Barolo region making it basically a declassified “grand cru” Barolo. It offers up generous fruit along with menthol, spices and hard candy, showing notable intensity while retaining an essentially mid-weight style. Strong, intense and powerful when young, complex and elegant with the ageing. Tasting suggestions: Hearty stew, wild game, roasted red meats and sharp, aged cheeses
Chateau Montifaud Heritage 50 Year
$259.99
Very limited quantities are available of this incredible Cognac - one of the finest in the world! Six generations of the Vallet family have been making fine Cognac, and their attention to detail shows, from the artistry of the hand-cut labels to the hand-blown glass bottles and hand-harvested fruit - and, of course, the hand-made elixir within. Perhaps you need a bottle to celebrate a special birthday or an anniversary. Or perhaps you simply want to celebrate the finer things in life. Trivia: the word "Chateau" in front of the name of a Cognac house signifies the house has never been sold and is still owned by descendants of the family who created it. Rare? Indeed.

Aveleda Fonte Vinho Verde
$18.99
Oh, yeah. Great price, great wine. A super fresh patio sipper that's made for drinking with good friends on hot days. Made from indigenous grapes local to Vinho Verde including Loureiro, Arinto, Trajadura and Fernão Pires. One of Portugal's most famous wine styles, Vinho Verde is clean and crisp, with a slight tingly effervescence. Serve chilled with seafood.
Notes From The WInery
"Aveleda Fonte White is a blend made from indigenous varieties from the Vinho Verde Wine Region. The night harvest allows the grapes to keep their freshness and, consequently, preserve their aromatic properties. When arriving at the vinification center, the grapes undergo soft pressing at low pressures. The alcoholic fermentation happens in stainless steel vats under strictly controlled temperatures to preserve the most typical aromas of the varieties. Fermentation happens in contact with lees in order to keep the freshness of the wine."
