Raifuku Aiyama crafts this sake with a balanced combination of mellowness and sharpness. It has a delicate, elegant scent reminiscent of pears, and a gentle finish on the palate, Its bright aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and yogurt lead to a high-impact palate with a subtle lemon finish. It's brewed by the small Raifuku Sake Brewery in Chikusei City, Ibaraki and is made with 40% polished Aiyama rice.
Noughty Still Rose

Beautifully crafted Provençal-style Rosé Wine from South Africa. <0.5% ABV.
Produced using grapes harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on southwest-facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.
With 14 days of fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, colour and flavour.

7 years ago Andrew made this whisky with Bryce Parsons at Last Best Brewing in Calgary. The whisky was filled into an ex-Bourbon Barrel, which had previously matured a Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon KWM exclusive bottling. When they made the whisky, they had no idea when, or under what brand it would be bottled.
Please note the photo is a mockup. Bottle shot to be replaced in a week or so - the whisky, though delicious, is quite a bit more pale than that in the image!
Way back in October of 2016, Kensington Wine Market had a once used Jefferson's Reserve Bourbon Barrel, from one of our store-exclusive bottlings. It had a lot of life left in it, so we set about finding something to do with it. Working with Bryce from Last Best Brewing & Distilling, it was decided we should fill the cask with spirit. A little more than 8 years later, that whisky is spirit. Limit 1 Per Customer!
This whisky was distilled at Last Best Brewing & Distilling in Calgary, though in time, the brand's spiritual home will be the Maligne Distillery under construction in Jasper.

Our 5th KWM exclusive Benromach cask (3rd in the current packaging) was bottled just shy of its 20th birthday, having matured in a single first-fill ex-Bourbon Barrel. The Corryvreckan started out as a replacement for the Airigh Nam Beist but has become a legend in its own right. The whisky has a unique sweet and spicy twist which blends well with the whisky's peaty maritime backbone. Bottled at 57.1% this whisky is often amongst the highest scoring with whisky critics and reviewers. It gets its sweet and spicy characteristics from the French oak in which some of the vatting is matured.
