3 Fonteinen Schaarbeekse Kriek is the result of macerating local hand-picked Schaarbeekse cherries on traditional lambik. No addition of juices, syrups or artificial sweeteners. Unfiltered. Unpasteurised.
For this Schaarbeekse Kriek, we macerated freshly picked local Schaarbeekse sour cherries for a tad less than twelve months onto two-year old lambik. The maceration happened on a small foeder. Some more jonge lambik was used to blend this fine fruit lambik. The weighted average age of this Schaarbeekse upon bottling is more than twenty months. The final fruit proportion is 372 grams of Schaarbeekse sour cherries per litre of finished Schaarbeekse Kriek, More than 80% of the grains used while brewing, were sourced in our own Cereal Collective.

Town Branch Bourbon is made by Lexington Brewing & Distilling Company of Lexington, Kentucky. The Distillery was the first to be built in Lexington for more than a century, when stills were installed in on the site in 2008. Town Branch is made from a mash bill consisting of 72% Corn, 15% Malted Rye, and 13% Malted Barley. It is bottled at 45% ABV.

A cider we'd like to drink all day, every day.
All Day is a blend of cider with strawberries and a cider macerated on whole blue and red plums for 8 months.
The strawberries and plums together reminded us of something floral we couldn't quite put our finger on. We decided to lean into it and added a small amount of lavender.
What's it like?: Strawberries and lavender are perfectly balanced in this vintage—they arrive at the same time in the aroma. The purple flowers play off the soft florality of these fresh Ontario strawberries.
The sharp, short tannins of our dark plum skins ground our flowers texturally, just present long enough for a quick kiss on the cheek. Plum acid gives the petals a springboard to jump onto your tongue, without making this blend too sharp. We'd call this 'medium' acidity, whatever that means.
All Day is perfect for surreptitious jaunts in the park. Soft and chuggable.
6.7% ABV
Ingredients: Apples, strawberries, red and blue plums, lavender. Gluten free.
