Eléonore Moreau Chablis comes from the small, picturesque village of Poilly-sur-Serein, located 15 minutes away from the the town of Chablis. Within this village, Eléonore is the only winemaker to commercialize and bottle her wine (only about 15% of her production is bottled for export), and we are so glad she decided to share her wines with the world! This Chablis is a remarkable wine for the price point. It is elegant and refined; Notes of yellow apple, lemon, lime and expressive minerality! Chateau Lafaurie-Peyraguey was named a 1er Grand Classe for Sauternes in the famous 1855 Bordeaux Classification. The Sauternes dessert wine the Chateau creates is made from botrytis-affected Semillon (85-95% - depending on the vintage) and Sauvignon Blanc (10-15% - depending on the vintage) grapes from the Chateau's 36 hectares of vineyard space.
The property is planted with 93% Sémillon, 6% Sauvignon, 1% Muscadelle and the average age of the vines is 40 years old.

Nulu Small Batch Bourbon is put together by Prohibition Craft Spirits Company, also known as PCS Distilling Co of Louisville, Kentucky. Though the company did not distill this Bourbon themselves, they are refreshingly open about the source. The back label on this NULU Reserve Straight Bourbon Whiskey states that it is a 'very small batch of 4 to 6 year MGP Bourbon'. MGP Distillery of Indiana provides many companies with Rye and Bourbon Whisky, including PCS. This small-batch was bottled exclusively for the Alberta market at 47.7%.

The wines of Gérard Raphet are a Burgundy lover’s Burgundy. While the wine’s colour in the glass is a delicate ruby, aromas and flavours surprise with their forceful intensity. This contrast often catches the uninitiated off guard, yet it is part of the attraction and seduction of these limited and highly sought-after wines. Raphet Burgundy is handmade from field to bottle, with a rhythm and method that hasn’t changed in four generations. Vines are on average very old, with many vines over 100 years. Harvest is done by hand, and grapes are fermented on indigenous yeasts in tank and then aged for some 18 months in mostly older French oak barrels. Wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
