We're big fans of the wines from this small Oregon producer! So is The Wine Spectator which awarded the 2013 vintage 90 points! The review: "Fresh and lively, this lighter style offers tension to the pear, citrus and mineral flavors that persist into a focused and expressive finish". The interplay of vivid flavors against a razor- sharp, mouthwatering balance has emerged as the signature style of Oregon Chardonnay. The style is generally racier than California's and richer than that of many white Burgundies. Food friendly especially with poultry in rich cream based sauces, pasta and of course fish.

It has fine delineation on the nose, very good terroir expression with a light oyster shell influence. The palate is medium-bodied with fine delineation, a little ferrous in style with edgy red and black fruit towards the finish. This is a well-crafted Pinot Noir with good structure and it should drink well over the next decade, possibly longer."

Her En Builet is a silky expression, a touch buttery, heavily mineral, and fruit-forward. Aromatic, nuanced, and very capable of complimenting spicy food that you might otherwise worry would drown out more subtle Burgundian Chardonnay.
