The popular Dassai “50” was replaced by Dassai “45” in 2019 by polishing the rice a bit more. And even though it is the most affordable of their lineup, it belongs to the highest premium sake category with no brewer's alcohol added.
Delicate, fruity & aromatic. This premium saké is semi-dry with a suble sweetness and creamy mouthfeel. It is easy to drink and extremely popular among both aficionados and those new to saké.
The "45" in its name refers to the rice polishing ratio, which means that the rice used in making this sake has been polished down to 45% of its original size. Clean and Crisp, Smooth and Well-Balanced: One of the hallmarks of Dassai 45 is its smooth and well-balanced taste. Love its harmony between sweetness, acidity, and umami, which makes it enjoyable on its own or as a complement to various dishes.

Raifuku Aiyama crafts this sake with a balanced combination of mellowness and sharpness. It has a delicate, elegant scent reminiscent of pears, and a gentle finish on the palate, Its bright aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and yogurt lead to a high-impact palate with a subtle lemon finish. It's brewed by the small Raifuku Sake Brewery in Chikusei City, Ibaraki and is made with 40% polished Aiyama rice.

The Compass Box Glasgow Blend, is the firm sherried and peated blend, inspired by the type of whiskies Glaswegians' used to prefer 100 years ago. This batch of this malt-heavy Glasgow Blend (before marrying) was 35.2% 10 year old Cameronbridge from First Fill ex-Bourbon, 34.1% 10 year old Craigellachie from sherry casks, 18.2% 8 year old Laphroaig from Refill Bourbon, 9.9% 9 year old Clynelish from First Fill ex-Bourbon, and 2.6% Highland Blended Malt from French oak.

Beautifully crafted Provençal-style Rosé Wine from South Africa. <0.5% ABV.
Produced using grapes harvested from dry-land farmed vineyards in the Western Cape region. The vineyards are strategically planted on southwest-facing slopes to capture cool breezes from the Atlantic Ocean and cold Benguela current. Deep soils from decomposed granite, clay rich, with good drainage.
With 14 days of fermentation at 14-15°C, the grapes and juice are handled reductively to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness. The wine is left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by way of a gently spun cone technology. This is done under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that the wine retains its distinctive body, colour and flavour.
