Cù Bòcan is a moderately peated Single Malt Scotch Whisky made by Tomatin Distillery; which is in the Highlands. This 15 Year Old version of Cù Bòcan was matured exclusively in ex-Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled at a robust 50% ABV.

"Cù Bòcan 15 Year Old takes us back to where it all began, when we first started producing lightly peated spirit at Tomatin Distillery in the midst of winter. Distiller's Tasting Note
Aroma: Honeydew melon, red berries, baked apples. Rich toffee, butterscotch. Sweet honey and bitter dark chocolate.
Taste: Fruit and nut. Peaches, apricots, mango and plum. Mixed walnut and pecan.
FInish: Smooth fruit salad which lingers on the palate.
