"Made in the spirit of romance, Jason and Alayne wanted a special, decadent dark chocolate sipper, perfect for extra sweet moments with the ones they love. We teamed up with Sirene Chocolate, artisan chocolate makers from Victoria, B.C., to produce a dark chocolate-lover’s dream: Sirene Chocolate Liqueur. Using the byproducts of their production process—the shells and husks of cacao beans that have been ethically grown and sourced—we extract the raw characteristics of the cacao. The final result is a beautifully layered experience, allowing you to taste notes of fruit, citrus, fudge, and leather, ever so lightly back-sweetened. A perfect liqueur to sip on its own, it’s equally enjoyable in a cocktail."

"Three years ago, Annex Ale Projects brought us a Belgian Triple Ale that needed to be rescued. This means that we distilled it and then put it in a barrel to age into a whisky!
It finally matured enough for us to debut it to the public, and what better way than in a distinct and unique Old Fashioned cocktail. This bottle is ready to drink or serve straight from the bottle, and contains around 12 servings.
Our Annex Belgian Ale whisky was enhanced with the decadent flavours of chocolate and coffee. The sweetener is a traditional brewing sugar called Belgian Candi syrup which has dark and caramelly characteristics. Enjoy sips of this is a one of a kind cocktail that can't be re-created at home."

Bottled at 43% ABV, the Kazuki Gin from Sheringham Distillery is a bit of a tribute to Japanese botanicals. Cherry Blossoms and Yuzu peel are imported directly from Japan and green tea and flowers are sourced locally and used to create this gins delicate, aromatic style.
Sheringham Distillery resides in Sooke, BC on Vancouver Island and has been in operation since 2015.
