Bottled at 43% ABV, the Kazuki Gin from Sheringham Distillery is a bit of a tribute to Japanese botanicals. Cherry Blossoms and Yuzu peel are imported directly from Japan and green tea and flowers are sourced locally and used to create this gins delicate, aromatic style.
Sheringham Distillery resides in Sooke, BC on Vancouver Island and has been in operation since 2015.

Eau Claire's flagship gin. Eau Claire is Alberta's first modern craft distillery. It was founded in 2013 and resides in Diamond Valley, Alberta.
"A tribute to the Prairie’s famed Alberta Rose, Parlour Gin is Eau Claire Distillery’s second release," according to the team at Eau Claire. "This London-dry style gin augments more traditional gin botanicals creating a juniper berry induced dryness, but with unique hints of rosehip, Saskatoon berry, coriander, lemon, orange, mint and spice. This Vancouver Island Gin from Sheringham Distillery is made from a base of Wheat and Malted Barley. Why is it called Seaside Gin? That is because along with more typical gin botanicals, locally harvested winged kelp is also in the mix. Bottled at 43% ABV.
