Made by Denver, Colorado's Laws Whiskey House with their four grain Bourbon mash bill of 60% corn, 20% heirloom wheat, 10% heirloom rye, 10% heirloom malted barley, this single cask of Laws Bourbon was selected by and bottled for the fine folks of PWS Imports. The selected barrel #1299 was aged for at least three years and bottled at a cask strength of 60.9%.

The Ezra Brooks brand is owned by a company called Luxco, which also puts out Rebel Yell Wheated Bourbon. The company does have a distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky called Lux Row Distillery, but it has only been in operation since 2018. That means that Old Ezra 7 year old was sourced from somewhere else originally. It could be from Heaven Hill, it could be Barton. It could be somewhere else in Kentucky. Either way, it is a solid barrel-strength Bourbon. Who knows- maybe in 2026 or so it will be distilled at Lux Row! Bottled at a robust 58.5%.

The Musician is a Bourbon made by Still Austin Whiskey Co from a mash of 100% Texas-grown grain. The exact mash bill for The Musician Bourbon is 70% White Corn, 25% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley. The whiskey was matured as is typical, using heavily charred virgin oak casks.
This is the cask strength version of the regular Still Austin Texas Bourbon, aged for at least two years. It is bottled at 58% ABV.
Still Austin Distillery resides in Austin, Texas, and was founded in 2015. What sets Still Austin apart from other craft distilleries is its 42-foot tall column still dubbed Nancy, which was crafted by Forsyth's of Scotland.

Distilled at the Vapour Distillery in Boulder Colorado, this Bottled In Bond Bourbon was made using the distillery's signature high malt content mash bill of 51% corn, 44% malted barley and 5% rye.
The term "Bonded" or "Bottled in Bond" means that this whiskey had to adhere to the following standards as originally written into law by the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897:

Released at 5 years old, the Leopold Bros Bottled in Bond Bourbon is distilled from a mash of 64% Corn, 21% Malted Barley, and 15% Abruzzi Heritage Rye. It was first released in 2020.
Bottled at 50% ABV. As a Bonded Bourbon Whiskey, it has to adhere to the following rules as laid down in the Bottled In Bond Act of 1897:
The Leopold Bros Distillery opened in 2014 and is located in Denver Colorado. The distillery makes whisky and other spirits from grains and fruit sourced as locally as possible - just about everything is grown in Colorado itself, including the Rye which is grown at Leopold Bros' own farm. One of the unique features of the distillery - at least by American standards - is a malting floor which is used to malt grains on site. They also use an on-site dunnage warehouse as opposed to the more typical Rickhouse with multiple floors for ageing.
