Bottled at 43% alcohol, the Small Batch Bourbon from Calumet Farm is a marriage of Kentucky Straight Bourbons that are 8 and 15 years old. It is made from the same mash bill as the 8-Year-Old red label Bourbon also released by Calumet. While the Kentucky Distillery that is the source for this small batch Bourbon is undisclosed, the stated 74% Corn, 18% Rye, and 8% malted barley does match up with the purported mash bill used for Barton 1792. Could that be the source? We don't know for sure, but this Bourbon is delicious regardless.

You don't see Bourbons with an age statement at or above 10 years very often, and the price on this one is pretty decent. This is a very spicy high-rye Bourbon, and limited in availability.

What was once Small Batch is now Single Barrel! Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon is produced at Jim Beam Distillery in Clermont, Kentucky. It is one of the few Jim Beam-made Bourbons to retain an age statement on the label, Baker’s is a minimum 7-year-old Bourbon and part of the Jim Beam premium line that also contains Booker’s and Basil Hayden’s. Named after Jim Beam’s nephew: Baker Beam, it is bottled at 53.5% ABV or 107 Proof.

Bottled at 46.5%, the FEW Straight Bourbon is made in Evanston, a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. It was founded by Paul Hletko in 2011 after he spent around a decade prior working with (and around) Evanston's bylaws to get Few Spirits legally built. The mash bill for this Bourbon is purported to be 70% Corn, 20% Rye, and 10% Malted Barley and uses a Saison Beer yeast for fermentation.
