It is created using three different bonded whiskies made and matured at Jack Daniel's Distillery: Malt Whiskey, Rye Whiskey, and Tennessee Whiskey all married together and bottled at 50% ABV.
As the label and name of this Jack Daniel's Whiskey show, this is a Bonded Whiskey. That means it has to adhere to the 1897 Bottled In Bond Act, which states:
